1. Service Overview

DualBrakeCarHire provides dual control vehicles specifically for use by authorized driving instructors to conduct driving lessons. Our mission is to ensure instructors have access to safe and well-maintained vehicles to facilitate their teaching.

2. Eligibility

Only licensed driving instructors are eligible to rent vehicles from DualBrakeCarHire. You must provide proof of your driving instructor license before renting a vehicle.

3. Rental Duration

The minimum rental period is one (1) day. Vehicles must be returned within the agreed-upon rental period. Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full in advance at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. All payments are processed securely. A security deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the terms of your rental.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the rental period to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental period may be subject to cancellation charges. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at info@dualbrakecarhire.com.au.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only for bookings cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or unused rental periods.

7. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

Vehicles rented from DualBrakeCarHire are to be used exclusively for driving lessons conducted by licensed driving instructors. Use of the vehicle for any other purpose, such as off-road driving, racing, or personal use, is strictly prohibited. The renter must ensure that no damage occurs to the vehicle during the rental period.

8. Liability and Damages

The renter is fully responsible for any damage or accident involving the vehicle during the rental period. In the event of an accident or damage, the renter is liable for all repair costs and any other associated fees. DualBrakeCarHire is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of the vehicle.

9. Maintenance and Vehicle Condition

DualBrakeCarHire ensures that all vehicles are properly maintained and in good condition prior to rental. Renters must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was provided. If the vehicle requires cleaning or repairs upon return, additional fees may apply.

10. Termination of Rental Agreement

DualBrakeCarHire reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement under specific conditions, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or misuse of the vehicle. If the agreement is terminated, the renter must return the vehicle immediately.

11. Third-Party Services

DualBrakeCarHire may work with third-party service providers for vehicle maintenance, insurance, and towing services. These providers may have access to your rental information, but only for purposes necessary to fulfill their services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sydney, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sydney.

14. Amendments to Terms

DualBrakeCarHire reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
